The Girls Insist You Get an Update!

jugglingI keep telling Dr. Em and Princess WeeWee to S-L-O-W down; they can’t do everything but they continue to add more projects to their load! I have insisted they not feel guilty about neglecting you all and can only assuage them by giving you all an update on their current going ons.

And Now a Message from the Weinator...

Okay people, you asked for it! I tried to stay away from here; let the girls do their own thing while I dealt with the individual idiots plaguing their everyday lives.

Yep, that was me, Ralph's Checkout Lady.

Maybe Amiable Amiable was right when she suggested I get a Weinator signal because I most definitely dropped the ball on this one. I missed a growing pandemic affecting not only my girls but the whole socially observant blogger community! I made an erroneous assumption - yes, yes, I know, assuming...such a dangerous thing. But I contend, in a world not run by idiots this assumption would have total merit.

Be Your Own Cheerleader

I was speaking with a woman after my neighborhood association meeting last night. I wouldn't say I was friends with her...we've had no interactions outside of these meetings and events. But I like her and always chat with her at these meetings. I really didn't think about our interactions much beyond that; I mingle with most of the members.

A Message From The Weinator

Don't get me wrong, the death of Whitney Houston is horrible; I grew up listening to her and think she was one of the greatest singers of all time.

That being said, the New Jersey flag should not be lowered to half staff in her honor. That is an honor reserved for those that have served their country; not celebrities.

Both of my girls are proud veterans and it saddens me to see a governor use this sacred symbol to honor someone who has never donned the uniform. Using past violations to justify this action is weak. Honor Whitney Houston in a way that doesn't disrespect the men and women who have served your country.
